Payment and secure transactions
For maximum peace of mind, Stuff4Me Ltd provides secure online ordering and payment with WorldPay payment solutions. We accept all major credit cards displayed on our order page. Cheque payments are also accepted, with cheques payable to 'Stuff4Me' and sent to the address below. Your order will be despatched or credit added to the online account you specify, upon receipt of payment. All items include VAT at 17.5%. Prices quoted are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change prices.


Free Credit
Where credit is given free of charge in a promotion, competition or prize draw, the recipient has 12 months to redeem it.


Delivery
Postage and packing is FREE for orders over £15. Postage is £3.95 for orders that are £14.99 or under. Post and packing rates apply to UK orders only. Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. We aim to send your order as quickly as possible. Please expect delivery within ten working days, although most items are normally sent within 2-3 working days. Occasionally there are delays, in which case we will keep you fully informed and give you the option to cancel or change your order.


Refunds or replacement
If any product does not meet you expectations, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received, together with your receipt, for a refund or replacement. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Please retain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Unless items are damaged or faulty, you are responsible for postage. We regret that credit added to an account is non-refundable.


Batteries
Where an item takes a battery or batteries, this is indicated within the product description. Also indicated is whether batteries are included or not. If batteries are included, these may be for demonstration purposes only and Stuff4me Ltd cannot vouch for their lifespan.


Customer mailings
We like to keep our customers and members informed of special offers and new items and send mailings by email. You can permanently opt-out of these mailings at any time by clicking on the link in the email. Please notify us by email if you do not wish to receive any mailings from us. Your information is confidential and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We never sell customer details to third parties.
