How do I shop on Stuff4me?
There are two ways, either choose what you like and pay through the secure WorldPay credit card facility or an adult can register credit with their credit card for someone to spend as they like.


How does someone give me credit?
Register as a member then give your username and password to the person who is giving you credit. Your password is secret so only give it to an adult you know, who is putting credit in your account.

They then register their details, add the credit to your account and pay for the credit through the secure WorldPay system.


What if I'm giving credit to someone as a surprise?
If you give credit as a surprise gift, first register the lucky recipient as a member and choose their password. You need to know their email address to register them.

If the person is already signed up, all you need is their email address and password to register credit for them.


How will they know I've given them credit?
You can choose an e-card to announce the gift up to 60 days in advance.

You can also opt to send them an automated email from stuff4me.com giving them the details of their gift and how to spend it. If you would rather tell them yourself with an e-card or in person, please make sure you give them all the details.


How soon can the credit be used?
Credit is added immediately so the lucky person can get spending straightaway! The next time they sign in to the site, the amount of credit you have given them will show on the screen and be available to spend.


Are there any limits or restrictions on spending credit?
None at all. Credit can be used for anything on the site. There is no time limit for spending your credit. You can choose to spend all of it in one go or save some for another time. If the items you want to buy are more than the amount you have in your account, you can simply pay the additional amount through the secure WorldPay facility.


Are my details safe? Yes. Your details are confidential and we do not sell or rent them to third parties. We keep membership details securely and adhere to the Data Protection Act. We do not have access to any credit card details as payments are made direct to WorldPay.

What if I'm getting credit as a surprise?
If someone wants to give you credit as a surprise gift, they can register you as a member and choose your password. Once you go into your account you can change the password.

Credit is added to your account immediately, so you can get spending straightaway!
